Dr. Altbach is a Research Professor and Distinguished Fellow at the Center for International Higher Education at Boston College which he founded. He has been a Fulbright scholar multiple times, has received numerous distinguished awards, and has taught at universities in India and the U.S., and has authored over 50 books.
